Process of production

1. In terms of product quality assurance, we have established strict access standards for the purchase of optical fiber raw materials. All raw materials are from domestic listed optical fiber enterprises to ensure the reliability and stability of materials from the source. At the same time, before formal production, we will conduct winding pre-test on raw materials to accurately detect the loss value of finished products. Only raw materials that fully meet the production process standards will enter the subsequent production process.

2. Aiming at the key processes after product winding, we focus on strengthening the quality control of fiber optic joints: fine processing of fiber optic joints through professional grinding process to remove surface impurities and defects; At the same time, it is equipped with a strict foreign body detection process to ensure that there is no foreign body residue in the joint, fundamentally avoiding the stable connection of the fiber link due to joint problems.

3. When the product completes the FC head assembly, it will enter the final test phase of the whole process: we will connect the product to the special test bench, and simulate the actual application scenario, on the one hand, test the connectivity of the overall link of the product to ensure that the signal transmission is not interrupted; On the other hand, it focuses on the verification of the image output effect and the stability of the flight control function. Only when the two indicators meet the preset standards, the product is allowed to be delivered.
